I went in this morning for a quick blood test to check my progesterone levels and the nurse called back with the results and said everything looks great! My progesterone level was 20.5, which is good, and they said to continue on the same med schedule I'm currently on (which is 100mg of progesterone every morning and night).
I took Greg with me and he was quite entertaining. In the waiting room, he kept telling everyone that it wasn't our turn yet and that when some lady came out and said "Lisa," then it was our turn. Hilarious! Then, once we were called back, he looked at the nurse and said "You're going to poke my mommy's arm but it's not going to hurt. Then we're going to go play at Jacob's house!" So funny. Before the appointment I had explained what was going to take place and that I needed him to be a good boy. He also knew we were headed to our regular Monday play group (at Jacob's house this week) and he was so excited. He kept telling the nurse over and over that she was going to poke my arm and that we were going to Jacob's house when we were all done. She looked at me and said "Wow, he's really articulate and smart!" Yes, I know. Greggy is an amazing little boy. He is both smart and articulate, he is gentle and loving and kind. Thank you God for our little Greg. He is such a miracle boy and we are thankful for him every day (even during potty training! LOL). But he truly is a blessing and I cannot imagine our lives without him.
Anyway, since today's appointment is behind us, we're on the final count down to the pregnancy test now...6 more days. Please keep praying!!
