Tonight when getting ready to start the bedtime routine, I asked Greg if he was ready for his bath. He turned, looked at me and said "Bath!" I was so surprised! So now, he says mama, dadda, ba ba (for bottle), duck, nana (for banana) and bath! My baby's growing up and while I was excited that he said a new word tonight, I also felt the smallest twinge of saddness that he's no longer a little baby but is now a little boy.
We also took Greg on his first hike today. We went a few miles down the road to South Valley Park and while we were afraid we might get rained on, it was just beautiful. Here are a couple pictures from our day today. Angel was extra frisky in the wind and out in the "wilderness." So many new smells!
