Memorial Day May 31st, 2010

After several days cooped up in the house being sick, we decided to treat Greg to some cool new stuff this Memorial Day. First up was a new 5 foot swimming pool! Even though the water was cold, Greg still decided to get in and splash around a bit. We put the pool at the end of his climbing cube slide and he was thrilled with it. Then, after nap time we picked up Greg's first bike! Mommy found it on Craig's List for $10! It's got a nifty removable handle bar for the parents while your kiddo is learning which really came in handy. Greg tried to get the pedaling and steering down, but it's going to take some more work. Daddy did a good job trying to teach him and even got on the bike himself to "show" Greg how to do it! LOL. Angel kept her distance from the pool and the new bike but made sure to watch over Greg carefully - she's so cute. We had a nice day at home as a family.
